She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Phipps and Verneda Osborne Phipps; her husband Harry Morgan; her sisters, Dorothy Sloane and Louise Marcum; and her siblings' children, Michael Stater and Patricia Stater Britton.
She is survived by: her boyfriend Walton Carter; and her sibling's children, Barbara Evans, Sandra Obenshain, Linda Stater, Linda Holland and Robert Mitchell. She is also survived by several great nieces and great nephew and great, great nieces and nephews.
