He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Darlene Starr; his son Bart Westley Starr; his parents, Willie Starr and Gladys Starr; and his brother James Robert Starr.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Starr and Kristi Ann Warner (Tom) of North Ridgeville; and his grandchildren, Shawn Michael Starr (Heather), Dakota James Starr (Mercedes) of Elyria, Kelsey Farr (Bill) of North Ridgeville, Kaitlyn Carpenter (Scott) of North Ridgeville, Kyle of North Ridgeville and Kassidy Warner of North Ridgeville. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
