It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Eugene (Point Pleasant, West Virginia), born in Buffalo, West Virginia, who passed away on October 28, 2018, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his sister Phyllis Wilbanks; and his brother-in-law Charles Edwin Holland. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Herdman (Holland); his daughters, Sherri Syfers, Reynoldsburg Farrell and Jeanne Farrell (Keith); his grandchildren, Emily Syfers, Brad Syfers, Dustin Samuel, Dakota Spurlock (Kim), Jacob Spurlock and Alexis Farrell; his great grandchildren, Adelynn Williams, Nora Williams, Lanni Spurlock, Isaac Spurlock, Timmy, Tristan and Maverick; his sisters, Marjorie Brown and Doris Williams (Fred); and his siblings-in-law, Geraldine "Adron" Duncan (Richard) of Alice Rife and Darrell Holland (Patsy). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
