It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Darlena Sue Price of Point Pleasant, West Virginia, born in Huntington, West Virginia, who passed away on June 5, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by : her daughter Shawn; her son-in-law Harry Queen of Point Pleasant; her son Bradley; her daughter-in-law Kelley Poff of Proctorville, OH; her grandchildren, Brett Sergent (Emily) of Ona, WV, Austi Roush (Hunter) of Huntington, WV, Braley Poff of Proctorville and Allie Poff of Proctorville; her great grandchildren, Willa Roush and Harper Sergent; her siblings, Sadie Coleman (Milford) of Ashton, WV, Kay Corbin of Jacksonville, FL and Leonard Deal (Doris) of Point Pleasant; her extended family, Beth Sergent, Josh, Ashley, Caleb, Aby, Cale Jones, Gracie Queen and J. R. Queen; her close friends, Virginia Sanders of Point Pleasant and Carroll Snowden of Gallipolis; and her caregivers, Teresa Banks and Kaitlin Smith.
