He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard "Dick" and Harriet "Jean" Woodyard; and his grandparents, Mary Smallridge (Lanier), David Cochran, Saunders and Clara Woodyard.
He is survived by: his sister Judy Jordan (Rick) of Gallipolis Ferry, WV; his sibling's children, Nick Duncan (April) of Scott Depot, WV, Wendie Jordan of Mineral Wells, WV and Cassie Jordan of Gallipolis Ferry, WV; his great-niece Savannah Jean Duncan of Scott Depot, WV; and his former wife Joyce Edmunds.
He chose to make a final gift of organ and tissue donation to help others, as he always did throughout life.
