He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L. Anthony and Arawana L. Anthony (Colley); his grandparents, Jack, Nina Colley (Stanley), Kenneth and Anna Anthony (Austin); his aunt Betty Colley Walters; and his uncles, Jack Colley and Tony Colley.
He is survived by: his wife Rosanna Anthony (Carey) of Point Pleasant; his sons, David L. Anthony II of Point Pleasant and Mark Anthony (Sylvia) of Point Pleasant; his grandchildren, Dawson Anthony, Dane Anthony, Vincent Anthony and Marissa Anthony; his sisters, Martha Lynn Leach of Louisa, KY, Linda Walters (Jackie) of Johnstown, OH and Bobbi Kay Boles (Rodger) of Point Pleasant; and his close friends, Amy Gordon and Melinda Sayre.
