She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucian Rice and Eva Rice. She is survived by: her children, Walter Taylor Jr. of Point Pleasant, Dennis E. Taylor of Point Pleasant, Lucian Taylor (Dina) of Teresa, NY, Shawn Peters (Stephanie) of Point Pleasant, Doris Peters of Point Pleasant, Darlene Elliott (Bo) of Kitts Hill, OH and Pam Dickinson (Larry) of Ironton, OH. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, nine great-great grandchild, and several nieces, nephews, friends.
