He was predeceased by: his parents, Inez M. Fowler (Sauer) and Charles E. Fowler, Sr.; and his brother Charles "Horsey" Fowler, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Tony Fowler (Kim) of Proctorville and Tammy Hovis (Richard Watts) of Charleston; the mother of his children Mary Fowler of Pt; his grandchildren, Ryan Hovis (Ashley) of Swansboro, NC, Anne Moses (Michael) of Charleston, WV, Drew Fowler of Huntington, WV and Morgan Fowler of Proctorville, Ohio; and his great grandchildren, Allyanne Hovis, William Hovis, Landon Jack Moses, Palmer Moses and Charles Moses.
