He is survived by: his children, James Black of Ripley, Billie Black (Brent Bush) of Gallipolis Ferry, Bird Black (Christina) of Point Pleasant, Betsy Taylor of Point Pleasant, Clarence Black of Point Pleasant, Dolly Clouse of Buckeye Lake, OH and Paulleana Smith of Columbus, OH; his siblings, Steve Black, Ada Macy, Wanda Wray and Bonnie Stewart; his sisters-in-law, Joy Ann Black and Brenda Black; and his friend Danny Miller. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
