Casey (Point Pleasant, West Virginia), born in Parsons, West Virginia, who passed away on October 26, 2018, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his sisters, Jo Ellen Brennan and Mary Ann. He is survived by: his parents, Leo A. Casey and Elizabeth Casey (Blackman); his siblings, Elizabeth Pritchard and Patrick; and his children, John and Marianne.
