He is survived by: his mother Wanda Lee Swain (Hazelwood) of Point Pleasant; his children, Alex Swain (Dominique) of Winter Park, FL, Shala Swain of Point Pleasant and Alexis Swain of Point Pleasant; his aunt Patty Wittman (Jeff) of Point Pleasant; and his cousins, B. J. Higginbotham, Sherri Williams, Missy Fisher, Brandy Hill, Jill Flory, Jennifer Gaines and Cora Beth Chapman.
