He is survived by: his children, Jay Swisher (Tara) of Man, WV and Sherri Lewis (Keith) of Gallipolis; his grandchildren, Sean Lewis, Tyler and Noel Lane; his great grandchildren, Aria Lewis and Annalynn Lane; and his sister Yvonne Keegan of Bevedere, IL.
