She was predeceased by : her parents, James Burl Underwood and Katherine Marie Underwood (Plants); her son Joseph Robert Cooper; and her brother Merlin Underwood. She is survived by : her husband Michael Dean Cooper of Point Pleasant; her daughter Mariah; her son-in-law Robert Hurlow of Crown City, OH; her grandchildren, Lalla Hurlow of Crown City, Zane Hurlow of Crown City and Dalton Hurlow of Crown City; and her siblings, Karen Diamond of Pensacola, FL, Burletta Underwood of Point Pleasant, Donna Heck (Phillip) of Gallipolis, OH and Danny Underwood (Connie) of Point Pleasant. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
