She was predeceased by: her parent George William Tillis; her husband Virgil Basil Meadows; her son Roger "Bo" Meadows; her sister-in-law Robert Tillis Sr.; her wife Vivian; her sister Bernice Krebs; and her nephew Robert Tillis Jr..
She is survived by: her parent Helen Elizabeth Tillis (Knapp); and her children, Elizabeth "Beth" Bonecutter (Keith) of Point Pleasant, Jane Meadows of Point Pleasant and James K. Shell (Sandra) of New Haven. She is also survived by five grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
