She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Childs and Gladys Beaver Childs; her stepfather Richard Dow; her granddaughter Ginny Catherine Wilson; and her stepsiblings, Charlotte Armstrong, Jean Kimes and Charles Dow.

She is survived by: her husband John A. "Andy" Wilson; her children, Gretchen Baarman (Tom) and John Wilson II (Cathy) of Pt; her grandchildren, Courtney Kountz (Terry) of South Carolina, Kelly Baarman (Andrew Markham) of South Carolina and Robert Wilson of Pt; her sisters, Peggy Jane Marshall of California and Betty Keeter of Arkansas; and her stepsister Doris Johnson (Bob) of Ohio. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
