She was predeceased by: her parents, Berkley Wiseman and Neoma Wiseman; her husband James Phillips; her son David Phillips; her brothers, Ted and Charles Wiseman; and her son-in-law Gary Burdette.
She is survived by: her children, Janie Burdette of Point Pleasant and Mark Phillips of Proctorville, OH; her son-in-law Jay Knell of Seattle, WA; her sisters, Alice Salisbury (Alden) and Dottie Byus (Andy) of Gallipolis, OH; her grandchildren, Anna Frazier (Adam) of Point Pleasant, Gary Burdette (Janna Skinner) of Lawrence, KS, Ellie Phillips and Ethan Phillips (Page) of Proctorville, OH; and her great grandchildren, Owen, Leah Frazier, Amiah, Lincoln Phillips, Ewan Campbell and Liam Kepler. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
