Lewis of Point Pleasant; her children, Rebecca Lambert (Don) of Darwin, OH, James Jr. Lewis (Patricia) of Jacksonville, FL, Barbara Bordman (Stan) of Point Pleasant and Connie Rottgen (John) of Orlando, FL.; her grandchildren, Windi Kapraun (Joe), Christopher Bordman (Tricia), Chad Bordman (Kourtney), Cam Bordman (Kara), Robin Muser (Corey) and Jeremy Rottgen (Teneil); her great grandchildren, Addyson, Gracyn, Weston Stein, Delany, Cooper Youmans, Ethan, Owen, Eliza, Vonya, Yulia Bordman, Amelia, Sloane, Josephine Bordman, Jacob Scott, Corey Jr., Doug Muser, Jaiden and Joshua Rottgen; and her brothers, Aaron of Racine, OH., Tom of Racine, OH. and Victor of Racine, OH..
