He was predeceased by: his parents, John Knicely and Eva Burchard (Dowler). He is survived by: his significant other Doris Dowler; his children, Brittany Hively (Ryan) of Point Pleasant, Roger Dowler Jr. (Shiana) of Buchannan and Andrew Dowler of Point Pleasant; his stepson Jerry Chapman of Glenwood; his grandchildren, Benjamin (Madison Hively), Raidyn, Riah (Rogue Dowler), Haylynn Dowler and Jasmine (Braxton Chapman); and his siblings, David Dowler (Dorena) of Point Pleasant, Charles Burchard of Sarasota, Florida, Pamela of Texas, Sandra Knight (Mark) of Thomasville, Alabama and Debra Burchard of Sarasota, Florida.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews that he adored and plenty of cousins.
Due to COVID-19, social distancing and face masks are recommended.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to cover funeral expenses.
