She was predeceased by: her parents, Winfred Gillispie and Mary Edith Gillispie (Dunfee); her husband Charles R. Withers; her children, Charles Withers II, Samuel Withers and Suzanne Woyan; her grandson Adam Woyan; her great grandchild Jeb Adkins; her sisters, Vivian "Mozell" Dabney, Janice Lang and Joan Hall; and her sons-in-law, Larry Stover and Bill Tatterson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Tatterson of Gallipolis Ferry and Janet Withers of Apple Grove; her children-in-law, Brenda Withers of Apple Grove and Johnny Woyan of Apple Grove; her siblings, Barbara Mayes (Johnny) of Ashton, Esther Gillispie of Ashton, Judy Felty (Don) of Lorain, OH, Sharon Dixon (Rusty) of Lorain, OH and Carl Gillispie (Debbie) of Point Pleasant; and her grandchildren, Charles Withers III (Kim), Abbie Parsons (Scott), Kurt Withers (Ashley), Craig Tatterson (Jill), Mark Tatterson (Angelica), Jon Tatterson (Amber), Jennifer Adkins (Jason), Josh Woyan (Shelly) and Sarah Doss (Trent).
