He is survived by: his wife Nancy Carter Fraley; his children, Lydia Marr, Sarah Layne (Derrick), Elizabeth Fraley, Point Pleasant and Rachel Filarski (Josh); and his siblings, Myrlon Fraley (Barbara), Ben Fraley (Pat) and Peggy Akers (Butch).
