He is survived by: his wife Carrie Wynne Catron-Lusk; his sons, Joshua Lusk, Zachary Lusk (Jessica Lusk) and Samuel Lusk (Peyton Brown-Lusk); his stepsister Jackie Bailey (Jack Bailey); and his extended family Richard Catron.
