It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tony Noel (Procious, West Virginia), born in Charleston, West Virginia, who passed away on May 6, 2018, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Renita Jo Shaffer Noel; his children, Ernest Noel of Procious, Gloria Craigo of Hansford, Daniel Noel (Destiny) of Charleston and Angela Lockhart (Cody) of Big Otter; his grandchildren, Benjamin Lockhart, Brook Lockhart, Koby Lockhart and Baby Lockhart; and his brother Randy Noel (Doreen) of Maryland.
