It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arthur Theodore Koontz III of Quick, West Virginia, who passed away on October 14, 2021, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Arthur Theodore Koontz II. He is survived by: his sons, Arthur Theodore Koontz IV (April) and Brandon Koontz (Amanda); his mother Betty Jane Smith Koontz; his grandsons, Karter, Arthur Theodore Koontz V and Andrew; his sisters, Gloria Koontz, Kathy Shafer (Mark) and Beverly Swiney (Tim); and his friend Dustin Belcher. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
