She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Smith and Ora Smith; and her siblings, Doris Kay, Robert Smith and Jack Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin Bush (Teresa) and Angela Mcilvain; her grandson Jared Mcilvain; and her close friend Jim Cumberledge. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, who were part of her extended family.
