We are sad to announce that on February 25, 2020, at the age of 70, Donald Edward Carter Sr. (Ravenswood, West Virginia), born in Welch, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Leonard and Lula Stumbo Carter; his son Donnie, Jr.; and his siblings, Sue Sutphin and Kenny Carter.

He is survived by : his wife Debbie Carter; his daughters, Lisa Ratliff (David) of Linwood, NC, Donna Hunt (Brett) of Tucson, AZ, Tina White of Bluefield, WV and Ginger Lail of Bluefield, WV; his adoptive children, Levi and Lexi; and his grandchildren, David, Tony, Scottie, DeeDee, Julie, Brett, Lexi, Bobby, Levi, Jerry, Donald and Miranda. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
