He was predeceased by: his parents, James William Bert Heilmann Jr. and Lucille Moore; and his grandparents, James William Bert Heilmann Sr., Attorney of Jackson County and Eunice Bell Heilmann of Ripley, WV..
He is survived by: his wife Debra Ann Heilmann (Pride); his brothers, Charles Heilmann (Marlene) of Ripley, WV, Dennis Heilmann (Susie) of Teays Valley, Michael Heilmann of Ravenswood, WV and Matt Heilmann of Ripley, WV.; his children, Rebecca Westfall (Jeremy) of Sandyville, WV and Steven Heilmann (Mary) of Sandyville, WV.; his grandchildren, Megan Higgins (Thomas), Logan Stoffel (Cassius), Miliah Westfall, Andrew Heilmann, Austin Heilmann and Alexis Heilmann; and his great grandchildren, Ryan Stoffel, Damian Stoffel, Caroline Baley and Conor Stoffel.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Waybright Funeral Home (511 S Church St, Ripley, WV 25271). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
