She was predeceased by : her parents, George White of Washington and Emma Groves White; her husband Herbert L. Strickland; and her siblings, Opie, Virgil, Ersel, May Tyree, Ocie Carper, Dorothy Jett, Locie Mullins and Mabel Perry. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
