He was predeceased by : his parent Luthur Riggs; his stepfather John Thompson; and his brother Wade Riggs. He is survived by : his sons, Ron Riggs (Anne) of Clover, SC and Lerod Riggs (Leah) of Senecaville, OH; and his siblings, Wayne "Bud" Riggs (Alberta) of Little Hocking, OH and Kathy Smith of East Liverpool, OH. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
