He is survived by: his son James Rufus "Cody" Mullins of Raysal, WV; his stepdaughter Destiny Fanning (Johnathan) of Bristol, TN; his siblings, Jackie Hamilton (Randy) of Bristol, TN, Darrell Mullins of Bluefield, WV and Sammy Mullins of Grundy, VA; and his stepgrandfather Luke Fanning. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
