He is survived by: his parent Dicie Hughes Bowman; his wife Wanda Bowman; his sons, Homer Bowman (Tonya) of Bryan, TX, William "Bo" Bowman (Misty) of Barnesville, OH, Daniel Bowman and Emanuel Bowman; his significant other Amanda Vance of Paynesville, WV; his grandchildren, Angelica Cline, Richard, Victoria, Preston, Haden, Haley and Bryson Bowman; and his brothers, Elmer Bowman (Ruth) of Raysal, WV and Cecil Bowman (Katherine) of War, WV. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
