She is survived by: her husband Clifford Lee Kendrick of Raysal; her father Coolidge Fugate of Raysal; her daughter Marcus Kendrick (Leanne) of Bradshaw; her grandsons, Jason E. M. Kendrick, Jacob Kendrick and Christopher Kendrick; her siblings, Sharon Sue Sloan of Kentucky and Jimmy Wayne Fugate of Kentucky; and also, Jason Kendrick (Diana) of Richlands, VA, Shannon Kendrick (Janelle) of Raysal and Tiffany Kendrick of Raysal. She is also survived by wife, mother, daughter, and grandmother.
