He is survived by: his wife Jackie Serra Puckett; his children, Jamie Puckett (Miranda) of Bristol, TN and Missy Puckett Kennedy (Mark) of Abingdon, VA; his siblings, Carroll Puckett Holland (Jim) of Rogersville, TN and Leck; his siblings-in-law, Junior Serra (Linda) of Gatlinburg, TN, Donnie Serra (Brenda) of Atwell, WV and Tammy Serra Christian (Don) of Raysal, WV; and his grandchildren, Austin Kennedy, Conner Christian and Ethan Christian.
