She was predeceased by : her parents, Haymond Hayward and Bonnie Bell Shaffer (Langford); her husband Reverend William R. Holtz; her children, William Kevin Holtz and Kim Lewis; her brother James Lee Shaffer; and her daughter-in-law Francine Holtz.

She is survived by : her children, Donna Owrey (Roger) of Sardis and James R. Holtz (Carmella) of Enid, OK; her grandchildren, Kristi Moore (Gary), Rusty Holtz, Brandon Holtz, Nicole Smith and Adam Walls; her great grandchildren, Brock Moore and Kaleb Moore; and her son-in-law Sherman Lewis.
