He is survived by : his children, Candy Shaffer of Clarksburg, Vickie Derosa (Louie) of Coxs Mills, Jerry "J. R." Forinash, Jr. of Big Flint and Curtis Forinash (Teri) of Gregorys Run; his grandchildren, Kari Dunham (Michael Davis) of Hepzibah, Christopher Lowther (Brittany Exline) of Morgantown, Staci Elder (Jerrod) of Sardis, Michael Derosa (Jamiee) of Bridgeport and Marcus Derosa of Bridgeport; his great grandchildren, Hunter Lowther, Dylan Lowther, Braedyn Lowther, Aleigha Dunham, Cayden Elder, Addie Elder, Katie Derosa and Dominick Derosa; his close friend Judy Shaffer of Salem; and his brothers, Burley "Bud" Forinash (Sandy) of Greensburg, PA and Dan Forinash (Barbara) of Mt. Clare. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; several brothers and sisters in law.
