She is survived by : her siblings, Bill Garrett (Pam) of Cottageville, WV, Ernest Garrett (Debbie) of Hampton, VA, Thelma DeGoines (Jim) of Walker, WV and Gloria Patterson Elderth (John); and her sister-in-law Carla Webb of Clarksburg, WV.
