He was predeceased by : his parents, Perry Stutler and Grace Stutler of Ripley, WV.. He is survived by : his wife Barbara Jo Arledge Stutler; his children, Barry Stutler of Catlettsburg, KY and Cindy Stoess (Greg) of Ashland, KY.; his grandchildren, Melissa, Carly, Travis, Tabitha, Jeffrey, Wes, Ryan, Jadyn, Josh, Andrew, Jacob, Scottie, Erica, Krystal, Natosha, Marissa and Drake; his children, Eddie Joe Stutler, Jeffrey Perry Stutler, Scott Lee Stutler and Kimberly Ann Stutler; and his siblings, Robert Stutler, Curtis Stutler and Lois Stutler.
