The passing of Judy Glennis Skeen of Ripley, West Virginia leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on April 18, 2024 at the age of 78. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Hollie Casto and Judy Casto (Good); her husband Willard "Bill" Skeen; and her siblings, Bernard, Don, Clayton, Clyde, Carroll Casto and Rosie Griffin.

She is survived by : her son Shannon Skeen (Sue Lynn); her siblings, Arnold Casto (Mazil), Reva Crihfield and Glenda Shockey (David); her grandchildren, Jesse Skeen (Brittany), Hollie Walters (Cody), Rebecca Blake (Mackenzie) and Lyddia Carter; and her great grandchildren, Oliver, Clay, Lane and Bennett. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Waybright Funeral Home (511 S Church St, Ripley, WV 25271). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
