He is survived by: his children, Tara Waugh (Greg) of Ronceverte, Jamie Collins of Ronceverte and Troy Collins (Barb); his grandchildren, Allison, Hunter, Shai and Amilia; his great grandchildren, Dante, Matyas, Kybren, Raeshawn and Ja'Tavian; his siblings, Joanna Honaker (Rick) and Greg Honaker; and his siblings' children, Joseph Honaker, Ryan Honaker, Jordan Taffee, Emily Honaker and James Honaker.
