She was predeceased by: her parents, James Harold and Eloise Marie Lowe Keene; and her brother Danny Lowe Keene. She is survived by: her husband Paul William Vance; her children, Venny Blankenship (Mike) of Rocky Mount, NC. and Jacob Wade (Kayla Anderson) of Ronceverte; and her grandchildren, Lexi, Graci Thomason, Gage Ryan and Hadley Ryann Wade.
