She was predeceased by: her parents, Arden Lee and Geraldine Lyall Rutherford; her sons, Earl and Travis Cox; and her brothers, David, Wallace and James Rutherford.
She is survived by: her daughter Bobbie Jo Steep (Jeffrey Cooke) of Ronceverte, WV; her siblings, Thomas Rutherford (Janie) of Lewisburg, WV, Timothy Rutherford of Ronceverte, WV, Janie Woolsey of Newark, DE, Catherine Sacca (Terri) of Tampa, FL, Connie Stone of Ronceverte, WV, Judy Withrow of Fairlea, WV and Amy Morrison (Lee) of Lewisburg, WV; and her grandchildren, Nathan Hubbard, Caylann Cox, BreAnn Cox, Tyler Cox, Chantel Hardiman and Cheyenne Steep. She is also survived by five great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
