She was predeceased by : her parents, Freeland Slussar and Eva Slussar; her brother Freddie Joe Slussar; and her close friend Rose McClung. She is survived by : her siblings, Alvin Slussar of Akron, Okey Slussar of Columbus, Franklin Slussar (Beatrice) of Russellville, Arthur Slussar of Rupert, Danny Slussar (Teresa) of Ashboro, Jeannie Bostic (Earl) of Rupert, Brenda Slussar of Ravenna, Ohio and Tammy Slussar of Ravenna, Ohio. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
