Cheryl Jean Phelps Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Cheryl Jean Phelps of Saint Albans, West Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 17, 2024 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, William Huffman Humphreys and Evelyn Louise Johnson; her brothers, Bill and Fred Humphreys; and her granddaughters, Madison Taylor Jones and Brighton Annabelle Grey.
She is survived by : her husband George Ray Phelps; her children, Jeana Lee (Paul), Jenny Lynn (Billy), John Christopher (Jennifer), Melinda Cheryl (Brian) and Matthew (Carrie); her sister-in-law Pat Humphreys; her nephews, Stephen (Robin) and Patrick Humphreys (Autumn); her aunt Betty Johnson; and her nephews, Josh and Brandon Phelps (Nichole).
