It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sue Karen Sowards of Saint Albans, West Virginia, who passed away on November 25, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Bruce Willoughby and Cathern Willoughby; her siblings, Joe, Bruce Willoughby and Kay Aldridge; and her son Chad Hughes. She is also survived by one niece and three nephews.
