She is survived by: her parent Oral Skinner Hawkingberry; her husband Roy Allen Watkins, Sr.; her children, Charles Muskgrove, Fiance, Jodi Bailey RochesterPA, Kimberly Watkins, Sheri Bartlett (Robert), Flemington and Roy Watkins, Jr.; her wife Marina; her grandchildren, Michael, LaDonna, Carrie, Courtney, Austin, Logan, Abby, Emma, Jesse, Landon and Harmony; her brothers, David Hawkingberry (Betty) of Chester, WV., Tom Hawkingberry and John Hawkingberry; and also, East Liverpool, David Watkins and Flemington. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
