He was predeceased by: his wife Nell Joyce; and his children, Russ Pritt, Bryant "Lee" Pritt and Kelly Pritt. He is survived by: his daughters, Sarah Darnall (Ray) and Amy Ellis; and his grandchildren, Brandon Governale (Kate), Jon Governale, Halie Thacker and Dylan Thacker.
