She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Townsend; her children, Charles "Joe" Townsend and Allen Townsend; and her siblings, Lorena Childers, Dorothy "Dot" Burnette, Coretta Zickafoose, Herbert Gulley, Romeo Gulley and Robert Gulley.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy McMurray (Dale) of Grayson and Richard "Butch" Meyer; and her grandchildren, Megan Harding (Dave), Erin Davis (Cody) and Jacob Townsend (Trish). She is also survived by four Great grandchildren; and numerous other extended family and friends.
