It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joel C. Snodgrass of Scott Depot, West Virginia, who passed away on September 2, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Clim Snodgrass and Dorothy Snodgrass; his stepdaughter Regina Hilbert; and his brothers, Jimmy and Johnny Snodgrass.

He is survived by : his wife Gaynell Snodgrass; his stepchildren, Edward Hilbert, Debrah Perkins and Lacinda Hilbert; and his brother Jack Snodgrass.
