She was predeceased by: her parents, William Joseph Clonch and Janet Elizabeth O'Dell Clonch; and her son Nick Altizer. She is survived by: her husband Rick Altizer; her children, Molly (Bryan Morrison), Brett Altizer and Katy Melius; her grandchild Briar; her siblings, Roger Clonch (Betty Jo) of Covington, VA and Gail Tephabock (Alan) of Kingsport, TN; her niece Karin Williams (Scott); and her nephews, Kevin Lynch and Shane Clonch.

In lieu of flowers, monetary donations are encouraged to the St. John United Methodist Church Jr./Sr.
