He is survived by: his wife Tammy Rice Clark; his sons, Tyler Clark and Josh Clark; and his siblings, LaDonna Hunter (Floyd) of Chesapeake, OH, Cindy Devore (Jim) of Metamota, IL and Jim Clark (Denise) of Columbus, OH. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
