She is survived by: her children, Dorothy Wallace (Charles) of Honaker, VA, Brian Lewis of Shady Spring and Pete Lewis of Shady Spring; her stepsons, Carl Meadows Jr. of Springfield, VA. and John Meadows of Springfield, VA.; her granddaughters, Rachel Lewis of Boise and Amy Farley of Neola, WV.; her great grandchildren, Natalee Lynch of Beckley, Avalon Lynch of Beckley, Stella Lynch of Beckley, Carter Lynch of Beckley, Brody Lynch of Beckley, Asher Lynch of Beckley and Kerris McKinney of Beckley; her stepgrandchildren, Kayla of Springfield, VA., Garrett of Springfield, VA., Clara of Springfield, VA. and Libby of Springfield, VA.; and her siblings, Janet Miller of Oak Hill, Mavis McQuillen of Stanaford, Sheila Hurst of Michigan and Lacy Adkins Jr. (Carol) of Stanaford. She is also survived by several other family members and friends.
